Senior UX Researcher

We’re expanding the UX function at Keylane and are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to deepen our understanding of customers, users, and product ecosystems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role in product environments.
• Strong command of research methodologies across the product lifecycle.
• Skilled in stakeholder alignment, storytelling, and strategic influence.
• Confident working autonomously and managing multiple research streams.
• Comfortable using qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decisions.
• Deep empathy for users and passion for improving complex workflows and systems.
