Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be at the heart of product development and delivery, building customer-facing AI agents and creating omnichannel communication experiences.
Requirements
- Design, build, and iterate on customer-facing AI agents using Python and Node.js
- Contribute to backend services using NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Vector databases
- Help develop omnichannel platform for seamless conversations across multiple channels
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to shape agent functionality
- Define technical patterns and best practices for agentic systems
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to high-quality engineering culture
