We're seeking a VP of Product - Capital Markets to oversee product activities across our Linear, Derivatives, and Credit/Rates divisions, with a focus on unified liquidity and risk.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management, with significant experience in Capital Markets or Institutional Digital Assets
- Proven track record of speaking 'Trader' and 'Developer' fluently
- Deep understanding of on-chain mechanics and how they intersect with traditional financial reporting and risk management
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Experience moving organizations away from fragmented, desk-specific'shadow IT' toward modular, unified system architectures
