
Job description
Deliver post-sales technical support for Keysight's software products to customer-facing teams, develop product technical training, and troubleshoot defects. Work in an international team and support multi-national Keysight teams and customers.
Provide technical support, develop training, and troubleshoot defects. Interact with various people, discuss complex issues remotely, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Requires strong technical knowledge, customer-first mindset, and passion to serve customers. Possess in-depth technical experience and ability to work independently.
