Job description
Join Keysight's Technology Organization to innovate and deliver high-frequency, state-of-the-art on-wafer test solutions for characterizing and screening ICs. As an IC Test Engineer, you will support characterization, validation, and production readiness of Keysight's advanced RF and mixed-signal integrated circuits and modules.
Craft on-wafer microwave and millimeter-wave measurement solutions, develop automated test and data analysis tools, and collaborate with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to translate test requirements into practical solutions.
Ideal candidate has expertise in RF characterization, test setup calibration, and software development, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to work in a dynamic environment.
