Job Description
Keystone Advisors is looking for a Manager of Managed Care Operations to support a healthcare client in the Illinois Medical District. The Manager will work collaboratively with staff to implement managed care strategies that maximize financial success and improve access to contracted services, outcomes, and profitability.
Requirements
- Assist the Managed Care Director with negotiations and contract compliance issues
- Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies to improve managed care performance
- Contribute to the management of department staff and employees
- Maintain relationships with Payers and resolve contract compliance issues
