
Job description
This position is responsible for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of pre-engineered fire suppression systems. The technician will inspect, test, and perform system checks in accordance with fire code, identify code and system deficiencies, and prepare accurate and timely inspection reports.
Install or upgrade suppression systems, test and repair systems, perform inspections, complete inspection reports, and report results of work completed.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with pre-engineered fire suppression systems, a FEL-K license, and good interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible with scheduling requirements.
