
Job description
This position is responsible for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of fire suppression systems. The technician will inspect, test, and perform system checks in accordance with fire code, identify code and system deficiencies, and prepare accurate and timely inspection reports.
Install or upgrade suppression systems in commercial and residential buildings, test and repair systems already in place, perform inspections to ensure suppression systems are installed according to code, and complete detailed inspection reports.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of fire suppression experience, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. They will also be flexible with scheduling requirements and have a clean driving record.
