Keystone Human Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the human spirit of all people. Since 1972, we have worked to promoting inclusion, creating opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to fully participate in their communities and fully enjoy their human rights. We provide community-based services to children and adults with autism, individuals with intellectual disabilities, and adults experiencing mental illness. Our programs also include early intervention, Capital Area Head Start, and Susquehanna Service Dogs. Although we’re based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, we serve children, adults, and families throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Connecticut, as well as Moldova and India.

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or Master's degree and 1 year of experience. Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License required
Intellectual Disability - Direct Support Professional
High school diploma, effective communication, valid driver's license, and successful completion of pre-employment process
Intellectual Disability- Community Participation Associate
At least 18 years of age, basic computer skills, effective communication skills, valid Driver's License
Intellectual Disability - Program Supervisor
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism, or Master’s degree or higher and 1 year experience, or Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
Head Start Behavior Guidance Specialist
Associate’s degree in early childhood education, special education, psychology or related field, 1+ years of teaching or classroom experience, intermediate computer skills
Mental Health - Program Coordinator
High school diploma, 3 months of human services experience, and program administrator certification
Intellectual Disability- Associate Clinical Director
Master's degree, 7 years of experience, and previous supervisory experience required
Intellectual Disability- Health Services Consultant
RN license, 3 years experience in medical field, communication skills, computer skills, and valid driver’s license
Intellectual Disability- Direct Support Professional
Effective communication, basic computer skills, valid driver's license, and daily access to a vehicle required
Intellectual Disability - Program Specialist
