Intellectual Disability - Supported Employment Coordinator (Job Coach)

Keystone Human Services is seeking full-time Supported Employment Coordinators to support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disability, leading and coordinating employment services, developing tailored employment support, and fostering meaningful partnerships between job seekers and employers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of full-time work experience supporting adults in the human services field
• Ability to obtain Associate of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) certification within six months of employment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web-based systems
• Valid driver's license and daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle
