Die Setter

Keystone Powdered Metal Company is looking for a full-time Die Setter to work in our St. Marys, PA location. This person will report to the Production Supervisor and will be working on a 3x3 schedule, Nights (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.).

Requirements

• Efficiently and safely make highly complex setups, initial sample complex setups on hydraulic and mechanical equipment in molding and sizing operations with minimal assistance
• Efficiently and safely operate equipment, including the making of satisfactory adjustments to ensure product quality
• Legibly record and maintain applicable product/process information
• Effectively utilize measuring equipment and information obtained from its use to insure continuation of control conditions
• Provide active input to continuous process improvement
• Effectively communicate job related information to co-workers, supervisors and others with a need to know
• Maintain cooperative relationships with other functional areas
• May be assigned the leadoff duties, directing the dept. in absence of the supervisory force and assist at other times
