Requirements
- Manage multiple customer accounts
- Coordinate cross-functional resources
- Resolve technical and logistic issues with the customer and factory
- Provide cost quotations for customer requests
- Manage strategic programs and quotes that are critical to the company’s profitability and revenue stream
- Manage, evaluate and recommend improvements to the NPI, CPPT and RFQ processes
