Environment Artist

We're looking for an accomplished Environment Artist to join our team working on an exciting, new and unannounced project. You'll create high-quality environment art, collaborate with art direction, level design, and tech art to build performant and visually impressive worlds, and contribute to visual benchmarks and best practices for environment art workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Environment Artist (5+ years) on a shipped AAA or high-quality game project.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating environment art fundamentals and processes
• Proficiency with modern game engines (Unreal, Unity or proprietary engines).
• Lighting experience, has general understanding of lighting workflows (baking, performance impacts)
• Experience with PBR workflows and optimization for real-time environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Experience profiling/debugging, or scripting for workflow automation.
