Job Description
As a Shift Leader at KFC, you will be an inspiring leader working closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure peak performance of core operations. You will coach and guide a team of 7-25 members, ensuring a reliable and consistent experience for guests.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and developing diverse teams
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of HR processes
- Proven track record in enhancing guest experience and driving sales
- Experience in understanding profit and loss factors, managing costs, and making effective decisions
