Job Description
The Product Owner for the ServiceNow Global Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Program is responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap for CMDB capabilities. This role partners with global stakeholders, data stewards, and data consumers to ensure CMDB evolves, supports IT operations, and delivers reliable data for decision-making. Key responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of CI classes, implementing CDE changes, and reporting platform health to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Work with stakeholders to define and communicate the vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow Global CMDB.
- Collaborate with IT, business, and compliance stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Oversee changes to existing CI classes, including updates to Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to improve data quality.
- Oversee the development and delivery of executive-level reporting on CMDB health.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance CMDB usability, automation, and integration.
