Mechanical Designer - Utilities and Central Energy

The Mechanical Designer III plays a key role in the successful execution of projects, focusing primarily on the production of AutoCAD Plant 3D and Revit drawings.

Requirements

• AAS Degree in design/drafting or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in mechanical design or related field
• Experience in central boiler and/or chiller plants required
• Advanced knowledge of building codes and industry standards
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software, particularly Plant 3D Design (will consider Revit)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of computer technology and specific areas of application, including MS Office
