We are looking for a Lead Brand & Communications (m/w/d) to develop and sharpen the brand strategy of kfzteile24, a digital platform in the automotive after-sales market. As the strategic and creative leader, you will lead a team of around 5 people and report directly to the Director Marketing. You will have a special scope for shaping the brand in its early phase of new orientation.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in brand management, marketing, or integrated communication
- Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary creative teams
- Strong strategic, conceptual thinking combined with the willingness to implement things
- Real social media affinity: you know what works on which platform why
- Secure handling of AI tools in the creative and communications context
- Outstanding communication strength – you can sell the brand internally before it works externally
- Fluent German (C1 or higher)
