Job Description
The HR Generalist role involves coordinating recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance and policy management, and HR administration for the Abwaab company in Baghdad, Iraq.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (minimum)
- 1 year of HR experience
- 3+ years of private sector job experience
- Proficiency in English (good and above)
- Experience with Microsoft Office apps
