Management Senior Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned management senior consultant to join our client's consulting team in Saudi Arabia, providing insights to clients to improve their organizations and developing their talents.

Requirements

• Master's degree or CiPD or equivalent qualification in management such as PMP
• 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in consulting service in a reputed firm
• Exposure in at least two disciplines (strategy articulation, OD, Reward, Process Improvement etc)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written)
