Managing Director, Center of Excellence in Autism, responsible for launching and managing a transformative institution dedicated to autism care in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Proven track record in establishing and leading autism care centers or multi-site programs of excellence
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., or M.D.) in a relevant field such as clinical psychology or neuroscience, with specialized training in autism spectrum disorder
• Strong research background in autism or related neurodevelopmental disorders
• At least 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a minimum of 8 years in senior roles
• Deep knowledge of care models, healthcare finance, and regulatory environments
• Successful history of developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive improved outcomes and operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience in managing complex organizations with a data-driven and outcomes-focused approach
• Commitment to building local leadership capabilities through active coaching and mentorship
