Job Description
KI is looking for a forward-thinking Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise technology from our Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI. In this role, you will shape KIâs technology vision, modernize legacy systems, and partner across the organizationâincluding manufacturingâto ensure technology drives meaningful business outcomes.
Requirements
- Set and communicate a clear, future-focused technology vision.
- Build and execute a multi-year IT roadmap that supports business growth.
- Lead modernization efforts, including ERP transformation from legacy platforms.
- Develop and empower a high-performing IT leadership team.
- Strengthen cybersecurity, resilience planning, and IT governance.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies such as AI, cloud solutions, and automation.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to understand technology needs and enhance business outcomes.
