Job Description
Ki is looking for a Senior End User Computing Engineer to join its team. As a senior EUC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and evolving the full lifecycle of our end user devices, ensuring that our laptop, mobile, and collaboration tools are secure, performant, and aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an EUC, desktop support, or endpoint management role
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint security policies
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience with hardware provisioning, asset tracking, and device refresh cycles
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across hardware and software platforms
- Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple stakeholder types
- Clear communicator with the ability to document and present technical information effectively
- Experience supporting organisations through transformation, demerger, or platform migrations
- Basic PowerShell scripting or automation skills
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Freshservice or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and configuration/asset management principles (certification a plus)
