Requirements
- Definition of project needs based on client needs
- Definition of product architecture according to cost, feasibility, deadline, and components in line with client needs
- Assisted computer design (Altium, Ciruit Studio, Eagle, Kicad, etc.)
- Prototyping (schematic, layout, wiring design)
- Realization of manufacturing files (Gerber, BOM, Assembly, etc.)
- Anticipation and realization of tests and their validation using available tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer, etc.)
- Accompaniment of the project during the certification phases (CEM, radio, electrical safety, etc.)
- Consultation of suppliers (EMS): Optimization of costs, assembly, deadline, component sourcing, etc.
- Industrial accompaniment of projects (visit to EMS, exchange on manufacturing, etc.)
- Respect of established quality processes and HSE norms
- Participation in defining eco-design approaches and industrial relocalization
- Participation/implementation of product life cycle analyses to improve the environmental impacts of products
- Implementation of eco-design guidelines in product developments
