Job Description
Lead Teacher - Infant/Toddler position at Kidango's Toyon Center. Responsible for supervising, developing, and educating children, guiding the classroom staff, and partnering with families. Bi-literate in Spanish and/or Mandarin, Vietnamese is preferred. Must have an Associate Teacher Permit or higher credential and 3 ECE units of Infant Toddler Development.
Requirements
- Associate Teacher Permit or higher credential
- 3 ECE units of Infant Toddler Development
- Bi-literate in Spanish and/or Mandarin, Vietnamese (preferred)
- 1 year prior experience in working with young children (preferred)
- Supervision of teaching assistants and volunteers (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of Federal Head Start policies and procedures (highly desired)
