Job Description
The Behaviorist will assist ABA practitioners in providing intensive behavioral interventions to clients in various settings. This role requires knowledge of ABA methodologies, CPI training, and the ability to create and maintain client records. It involves supervising a team and ensuring continuity of care, operating audio/visual equipment, and maintaining data integrity. Daily tasks include providing care-giver contact, training, report preparation, and maintenance of the work space.
Requirements
- Follow behavioral treatment plan as approved by BCBA
- Guide students towards acceptable social behaviors
- Operate audiovisual equipment
- Maintain and organize record-keeping and instructional material
- Collect client data and report progress
