The adjunct faculty member in the DMS Sonography Program at Kilgore College is responsible for providing high-quality instruction and supporting student success in alignment with program and institutional goals.

Requirements

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction, aligning with program learning objectives and accreditation standards.
• Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Maintain regular communication with the Program Director and faculty regarding student progress and program needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional effectiveness.
