Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members
- Commitment to producing precise, high-quality electrical work
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with builders, contractors, and project managers
- Solid understanding of standard electrical concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when needed
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Consistent, dependable work ethic and positive attitude
