The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, or a similar field, and at least 3 years of experience in employee relationships, selection, organizational change, talent management, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, or a similar field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in employee relationships, selection, organizational change, talent management, and training
• Knowledge of compensation practices, employee relationships, diversity, performance management, and labor law
• Well-developed problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Fluent German and English language skills in word and writing
