Engineering Technical Leader - Process

We are seeking an Engineering Technical Leader - Process to lead overall process optimization through application of technology, implementation of best practice standards, building capability within the salary & hourly teams, and driving cost savings programs within the mill.

Requirements

• Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise in the DRC Tissue manufacturing and converting processes
• Support corporate safety, quality, regulatory, product safety and sustainability
• Manage self in accordance with the Kimberly-Clark Ways of Working
• Protect and defend Kimberly-Clark proprietary technology, products, and business processes
