Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to support daily case handling performance, improve reliability, and execute capital projects to improve the Safety, Quality, OEE, & Cost of the Logistics System.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university
- 2 years or more of working experience
- Demonstrated history of proven performance in both objectives and Ways of Working
- Ability and flexibility to work in a manufacturing environment with a 24/7 operation
- Ability to travel up to 15% as dictated by business need for meetings, machine install or start-up support, benchmarking, or best practice sharing across KCNA
