As a Process Engineer at Kimberly-Clark, you will help deliver better care for billions of people around the world by building and managing our portfolio of iconic brands. The role involves completing all Kimberly-Clark compliances, using statistical methods for process control, and leading continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities will include completing all Kimberly-Clark compliances, using statistical methods for process control, driving operations team for real-time problem-solving, leading continuous improvement, and providing technical support for process and product development.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field, and more than 3 years' experience in LEAN Manufacturing or Process Improvement fields. You will also need analytical skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, as well as a good command of English.
