Reliability Trainer (Electrical) implements and improves maintenance practices in a facility that creates top-notch products for nearly 1⁄4 of the world’s population, responsible for site wide technical capability development execution in alignment with the Plant and KCNA Reliability and T4E Strategies.

Requirements

• Must have an associate’s degree in electrical/Electronic Technology, AND 5+ years industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
