Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant scientific or engineering discipline
• 5+ years of research experience in technical assignments with emphasis on material development and absorbency
• Demonstrated expertise in leadership in material problems
• Experience working on problems in an industrial environment
• Advanced knowledge of scientific principles and project management
