Job Description
The Correctional Food Service Supervisor is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving meals in a correctional facility at Fayette County Jail, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements

- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Serve meals to inmates, considering portion control and dietary needs.
