Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Picker/Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all items are correctly picked, packed, and prepared for shipment, adhering to our quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Operate the automated pick system to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
- Retrieve and pack items according to order specifications.
- Ensure all orders are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
- Regularly lift and move products, with weights up to 7 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products as needed.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Fulfillment Manager.
