Requirements
- Recent college graduate within the last year
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- 1-2 years of demonstrated leadership experience through applicable hospitality roles, student-led organizations, community service, or a high-end customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Organized and a self-starter
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and function within a dynamic and challenging environment
- Technologically proficient and able to quickly adapt to various internal POS systems and other operational platforms
