Lead a team of data engineers building scalable pipelines and platforms that power analytics, data science, and business decisions across Kin. Kin makes life simpler, more affordable, and better for homeowners — especially in the places where climate risks, rising costs, and outdated systems make it harder.

Requirements

• Lead and manage a team of ~6 data engineers
• Own Kin's data platform
• Define and execute on a Data Engineering strategy
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, BI, and Data Science
