We are looking for a licensed Insurance Sales Representative to support our Independent Brokerage channel. As a remote sales representative, you will help drive business growth by connecting with prospective customers and recommending insurance solutions through multiple A-rated carriers.
Requirements
- 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment
- Experience selling with multiple carriers across multiple states (home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, etc.)
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Strong understanding of insurance products and policy processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a natural ability to close deals
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
- Call or contact center experience (brokerage experience preferred)
- Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred)
- Experience with Citizens Property Insurance
