Job Description
Kin is a tech-driven digital insurer focused on simplifying home insurance through a technology platform. They want to create a seamless experience for customers and offer affordable coverage and fast claims service. The Senior Software Engineer role will involve developing and maintaining products and features with Ruby, Typescript, PostgreSQL and Scrum methodologies.
Requirements
- Track record of shipping large, complex software projects
- Fluid in Ruby, Python, or Typescript
- Experience with architectural design
- Ability to articulate the value of technical investments
- Experience mentoring engineers
- Familiarity with modern Javascript libraries/frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
- Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
