The role involves caring for children from one year old until kindergarten entry and fostering their creativity, imagination, and social competence. The ideal candidate should have completed training as a pedagogue/educator, empathy, ideas, fun, and experience working with young children, team skills, commitment, self-initiative, flexibility, and openness.
