Job Description
We're looking for a Java Tech Lead with extensive Java experience, leadership, and mentorship skills. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of core Java, Spring ecosystem, and experience designing and building Modular Monoliths.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- Proven experience designing and building Modular Monoliths
- Strong grasp of Domain-Driven Design principles
- Extensive experience building, securing, and maintaining multiple complex third-party integrations
- Experience handling production environments, monitoring tools, and managing incident response processes
- Strong practical knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Experience handling sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
- Hands-on experience working with generative AI code assistants
- Previous experience developing Human Resource Management (HRM) is a significant advantage
