Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer / Integration Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Integrations team and help shape our Professional Services function. You will work with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions, design and build scalable integrations, and act as a technical advisor.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a customer-facing engineering role
- Experience running technical discovery sessions, scoping integrations, or translating messy business requirements into clean technical specs
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and NodeJS
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms
- Able to extract unclear requirements from non-technical stakeholders and turn them into something buildable
- Strong system design instincts and experience owning code in production
- Clear communicator with good business awareness
