Principal AI Systems Engineer — Agentic Platforms

Kindo is seeking a Principal AI Systems Engineer to define and evolve the architectural foundations of its agent platform, working on agent execution frameworks, memory architectures, and platform primitives that determine what autonomous systems can reliably do.

Requirements

• Deep expertise designing and operating complex backend or distributed systems in production
• Experience building and evolving platform-level architectures that remained durable under rapid change
• Experience building LLM-powered or AI-native systems beyond demos, with real users, constraints, and failure modes
