Job Description
Kinetic Automation is seeking an ADAS Training & Performance Lead to enable the success of collision repair centers by providing expert training on ADAS calibration, documentation, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience with automotive repair estimating software and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience working with automotive repair estimating software, such as CCC and Mitchell
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience or team management background
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
