Production Lead

The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that all processes adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards. This role involves leading a team of up to 50 employees, coaching and training staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and GMP regulations.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old (per state law)
• Experience working in assembly plants (cells or tables) assembling products
• Proficiency in MS Excel for daily data entry and reporting
• Ability to lead a team of up to 50 people
• Effective verbal and written communication skills at all management levels
• Ability to de-escalate situations quickly and effectively
