Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in residential leasing or property management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis
- Fluency in English and Chinese in both written and spoken
