Assistant Manager, Financial Accounting | Property Investment | HK$40-50K

King Deux Search & Consulting is a specialised executive search firm seeking an Assistant Manager for a prominent overseas property investment company. The Assistant Manager will lead a small financial accounting team, oversee financial operations, and drive finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Professional Accounting, or equivalent
• Professional qualification in HKICPA, CPA Australia, or equivalent
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big Four audit background
• Strong expertise in financial accounting and consolidation
• Proven track record in delivering successful projects, including system implementation and process automation
• Team player and leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and attention to detail
• Independent thinker with effective problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
