King Deux Search & Consulting is partnering with a single family office to find a public market equity analyst to join the multinational team to cover the high tech vertical globally. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing financial statements, and presenting investment cases to the investment committee.

Requirements

• Conduct market and industry research to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Analyze financial statements, business plans, and other relevant information to assess the viability and potential of prospective investments
• Prepare investment memos and other materials for presentation to the investment committee
• Take lead in presenting investment cases in investment committee meetings
• Participate in due diligence efforts and assist in the negotiation of investment terms
• Monitor portfolio companies and provide regular updates to the investment team
