Legal Counsel, US Growth Equity, SFC 9, Financial Regulatory and Investment

King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking a Financial Regulatory Legal Counsel to join a US-based AI Growth Equity Fund in Hong Kong. The role involves maintaining compliance with SFC regulations, providing legal support, and conducting due diligence. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law, common law jurisdiction licensure, and at least 3 years of PQE experience in a reputable law firm or financial institution.
