Job Description
Senior Manager, Destination Marketing for a top-notch retail and entertainment destination in Hong Kong. Lead a team, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive marketing and promotional strategy to enhance the portfolio experience.
Requirements
- Degree or above in marketing, business management, or a related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, in business development, brand partnership, tourism, event management, venue management, or related industries
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, and detail-oriented, with a drive to deliver high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional time management skills, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic mindset, analytical, innovative, dynamic, and collaborative team player
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese + Mandarin) and English
